🕒 Check-in / Check-out

• Arrival and departure times: Accommodation and your parking space are available from 12:00 PM on the day of arrival until 09:00 AM on the day of departure.
• Guest registration: Please hand over your ID cards or passports to the host immediately upon arrival for mandatory registration with the Tourist Office.

🛡️ Safety and Responsibility

• Personal belongings: Guests are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings and valuables left in the apartment. The owner is not liable for any potential loss or disappearance.
• Conduct and accidents: Guests bear personal responsibility for their behavior inside the house and its surroundings, as well as for any potential accidents.
• Safety measures in the apartment: Whenever you leave the property, for general safety and to prevent damage from unpredictable weather conditions, please close the windows and parasols, lock the doors, and turn off the lights and electrical appliances (air conditioning, TV, stove).
• Host entry: In the absence of the guest, the host has the right to enter the apartment solely to prevent possible damage or imminent danger.

🤫 Quiet Hours and Coexistence

• Afternoon and night quiet hours: Please do not disturb other guests in the house. Creating noise is not permitted during afternoon rest hours from 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM and at night from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM.
• Unregistered persons and visitors: Staying in the property is allowed only for persons who are duly registered as our guests. Any visits from third parties may be approved by the host upon your prior request.

🚫 Rules of Conduct on the Property

• Dangerous materials: Bringing in weapons, explosives, or highly flammable materials is strictly forbidden.
• External appliances: The use of additional electrical appliances that are not part of the standard apartment inventory is permitted only with the prior consent of the host.
• Barbecue (Grill): The use of a barbecue/grill is not allowed on our property.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
• Smoking: Smoking inside the apartments is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed exclusively on open balconies and terraces.
• Inventory removal: It is not permitted to remove equipment and inventory from the apartments (towels, blankets, etc.) that are intended solely for use inside the accommodation.

🧼 Care of Property and Departure

• Damages and malfunctions: In case of any malfunction or damage to equipment and installations, guests are required to inform the host immediately. If the damage occurred through the guest’s negligence, the guest is obliged to compensate for the corresponding value.
• Departure: Final general cleaning of the apartment is our responsibility and is included in the price. Guests are expected and required to leave the property in a tidy condition, just as it welcomed them upon arrival, and to take out the trash before departing.
• Non-compliance with rules: In the event of non-compliance with these house rules, the host reserves the right to cancel the guest’s remaining stay and services.
