✨ What is included in the price?
  • Accommodation rental: The stated prices refer to the rental of the entire apartment per night.
  • Included in the price: Tourist tax, guest registration at the tourist office, and final cleaning are fully included in the accommodation price, with no additional or hidden costs.
🔒 How to confirm your reservation?
  • Personal offer: Following your inquiry, we will send the exact downpayment amount and payment details directly to the channel that suits you best – via email, WhatsApp, or Viber.
  • Booking confirmation: Your reservation is secure and confirmed only after the downpayment of 30% to 40% of the total price is received.
  • Arrival: The remaining balance is paid upon your arrival.
  • Rules confirmation: By paying the downpayment, you confirm that you accept these conditions and our House Rules.
  • Cancellation: In case of a no-show or booking cancellation, the paid downpayment amount is non-refundable.
