The apartment features direct access to a large covered terrace offering a beautiful panoramic sea view. The spacious terrace is shared between apartments 2A and 2B in a way that each apartment uses its own half, which is not physically partitioned. Each half is provided with its own set of furniture (table with 4 chairs and a sun lounger). Additionally, the apartment features a separate, fully private balcony with a relaxing view of the mountain (hill).

📝 Important Information & Booking Conditions:
- Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is available from 12:00 h, and check-out is required by 09:00 h (includes the parking space).

- Quiet Hours: Please respect the house quiet hours from 14:00 to 17:00 h and from 22:00 to 08:00 h.
